The Goedert Group has undergone a digital transformation of its personnel management to support the development of its business. Nadine Borczak, Head of Human Resources, talks about the challenges faced and how digital technology is helping her to overcom


The Goedert Group offers a whole range of services dedicated to mobility: car centres, car washes, fuel stations combined with grocery shops, bicycle shops and workshops, and a tachograph service. In total, the family business employs almost 200 people. "In terms of HR, the diversity of our activities means that we have to manage different organisations in terms of time management, remuneration, training and communication," says Nadine Borczak, Head of Human Resources at the Goedert Group.

Adapting to expectations

For example, the fuel stations associated with grocery shops are open 7 days a week. At the Goedert Autocenter, while the business follows more regular hours, it is necessary to be able to cope with two peak periods each year to allow customers to fit their tyres according to the season. The HR function is at the heart of the company's development," she continues. As such, we have to ensure recruitment and support the development of our employees' skills to guarantee customer satisfaction and adapt to technical and technological changes relating to mobility. This requires investment in an efficient HR strategy, supported by efficient, secure, centralised and cost-effective administration.

Enhancing Career Tracking and Automating Payroll Calculation

To achieve this, the HR department at the Goedert Group has implemented specialised human resource management software.
