Rise Up : 2021 will be the year of professional training in Luxembourg

With the generalisation of teleworking and a growing demand from employees supported by the public authorities, Blended Learning is now the model favoured by training stakeholders.

Rise Up is the first 3-in-1 platform as it offers learners a Learning Experience Platform (LXP), administrators a Learning Management System (LMS), and trainers an authoring tool.

In short, Rise Up provides technology, content and expertise to companies and training organisations: management of regulatory training and certifications, digitalisation and personalisation of courses, skills management, mobile learning, social learning, off-the-shelf content with "Rise Up Content", automation of administrative tasks, etc.

Creation of the Rise Up subsidiary in Luxembourg

Paperjam's editorial team has chosen to highlight Rise Up, as the company has just made official the creation of its subsidiary in Luxembourg. This is a logical step, as Rise Up has been active throughout the country for nearly three years and counts among its clients: Banque Raiffeisen, Bâloise Assurance, Robert Schuman Hospitals, lux-Airport, ERI Bancaire, Rcarré, La Luxembourgeoise S.A. d'Assurances, Grant Thornton, the Rehazenter and the Club Automobile du Luxembourg.

In order to cover all the needs related to training, Rise Up has joined forces with local partners, including Microtis. The Rise Up platform is interconnected to Gesper, the training and co-financing management tool operated by Microtis. In addition, Rise Up relies on a network of partners such as Rcarré, AMS Formation, Telkea Academy and Ofrion to provide the most comprehensive offer possible to its customers.

Concerning the main members of the team, Camilia Miccolis, Country Manager BENELUX, leads the commercial development of the Luxembourg subsidiary. Camilia joined Rise Up in 2019 and actively participated in the development of the international business before taking over the management of the BENELUX operations. David Boungou-Colo, meanwhile, started on the French market within Rise Up before being appointed to the position of BENELUX Business Developer.
